The Abraham Lincoln Foundation promotes the heritage and spirit of The Union League of Philadelphia by educating and inspiring League members and the greater community. The ALF’s focus is the history and heritage of The Union League of Philadelphia, and the impact it has had on our region and country. We collect, preserve and make accessible the historical collections that tell the story of the Civil War, the Union League and its members. Through programs, lectures, research and exhibits, we engage and educate the membership of the Union League and the greater community. This connection enables inquiry and discovery of the past, to influence the present and inspire the future.
